Maintenance Fees |
If you require regular maintenance on your web site, you have 2 choices.
- Sign up for our maintenance agreement package to reduce your cost. $175/year for current clients. Not applicable to new clients until after their first project.
OR
- We will train you on the leading Web Site maintenance package, Adobe's Contribute.
- Contribute is easy to use. If you can use MS Word, Word Perfect or Excel you can use Contribute.
- We have taught our clients over the phone or in person. (Depends on individuals computer knowledge).
- Three 1 hour classes at $150 (complete cost).
- One 3 hour class at $150 (complete cost).
Web site maintenance packages reduce our fee to US $40/hour.
Without maintenance package our fee is US $50/hour.

Search Engine Optimization |

We have changed our web site Optimization package. We now offer 2 different optimization packages to fit your budget.
With all our web sites we do the basic Search Engine Optimization. We research your keyword popularity and determine which words you should be utilizing for your best results. We also make certain that your title tags are properly named.
Package 1
This is our minimum package. For as little as $40/month we will:
- Submit your site to appropriate Directories
- Manage Link building campaigns
- Supply you with Ranking Reports monthly
- Monitor results of the above campaign
Package 2
There is a one time fee of $50 for the analysis of your target keywords. The monitoring for the following campaigns is $50/month. The actual cost of these campaigns depends on the keywords and the structure of the campaign.

Search Engine Submission |

Web Sites are submitted to search engines, after all development is done and
any outstanding balance due has been paid. Most search engines now allow
for free submission. We do not submit to fee based search engines unless specifically requested by the client. Fees for submission must be paid up front.
The price for this depends upon the current market price of the individual
search engines.
